Plans for a single storey rear extension to a semi-detached house in Garden Street, Galston have been submitted to East Ayrshire Council.
The application, reference 26/0312/PP, was received and validated on 25 June. Neighbours have until late July to comment.
Householder applications of this kind make up the bulk of the planning caseload in the valley. Most are approved, but the consultation period gives immediate neighbours an opportunity to raise concerns about overlooking, light or access.
