Newmilns Christmas light switch on.

Newmilns will start the festive season on Saturday 28 November with its annual Christmas Fayre and Light Switch-On.

The event runs from 4pm to 6pm and is spread across three venues in the town centre. Festive market stalls will fill the Morton Hall, and Santa’s Grotto will be in the Church Hall. The Christmas lights will be switched on at Kirkgate Gardens.

Music and refreshments will run throughout the evening, and visitors are advised to wrap up warm.

The event is led by the Newmilns Regeneration Association. Two days later, on Monday 30 November, the annual Newmilns Panto, Puss in Boots, comes to the Morton Hall.
